Spectrum Herbal Restful Sleep Aid contains Valerian, traditionally used to give relief from Insomnia, Nervous, Tension, Anxiety and Sleeplessness.
Ingredients
Active Ingredient: Valerian 1:4
Also Contains: Chamomile, Hops, Skullcap, Passion Flower, Ethanol, Purified Water.
Dose & Administration
Take 2ml (40 drops) in cold liquid such as juice or water 4 times daily.
Maintenance: after 7 days, can be reduced to 2ml half hour before bed time.
Cautions/Contra-Indications
Keep out of reach of children. If symptoms persist, consult a healthcare practitioner.
