Beeswax wraps are the perfect way to store cheese! In fact it’s the traditional way that cheeses have been stored for generations. Beeswax makes a waterproof barrier that stops your cheese from drying out, but it isn’t airtight. That means that your cheese can breathe. When you store your cheese in the fridge you want to keep it from drying out, but you don’t want it to sweat as it will spoil. Beeswax keeps it in exactly the right environment for storage. Be sure to wash your hands before handling cheese though, as we can’t save you from the dreaded mould spores – they come from your finger prints!

Directions for Use
Simply wrap the item, pressing gently on all overlaps, using the warmth of your hands to seal together. When removing, peel back each layer and smooth the wrap out for next time.
Apiwraps are great for storing cheese, cut vegetables and leftovers. They can be used to seal over a bowl, a dish or a platter. Large wraps are great for wrapping veggies or leafy greens aw well as bread and sandwiches.
Care
If your Apiwrap becomes soiled, wipe it over with a soapy dishcloth and rinse under cold water. Do not use hot water or strong cleaning solutions. Don't soak or submerge your wrap.
Apiwraps are nor suitable for wrapping fresh meats, however these items can be stored in a bowl with an Apiwrap over the top.
Apriwraps don't like greasy foods. If they come into contact with oily foods wash them as soon as possible.
With proper care your Apiwrap will be supple and strong for many months. You can refresh your wrap from time to time by placing it on a baking tray in the sun for an hour or two.
